Jerry Ponzio

Jerry Ponzio is a second generation builder from the Brazos Valley. He was born and raised in Bryan, Texas, graduated from Bryan High School, and attended Texas A&M University majoring in Architecture.

After working for a year in Houston, Jerry moved back to the Bryan-College Station area to give back to the community he holds close to his heart. He worked in the rental property business overseeing repairs and renovations of the properties. He has also been in charge of all product purchasing for a prominent cabinet business in the Brazos Valley. In 1997, Jerry realized that he wanted to be his own boss and let his creative talent flow. He settled in the home building business because it was something that his father had taught him growing up and he realized he could meet the needs of families and help them with their dream of building their own custom homes.

Kristie Ponzio

K ristie Ponzio moved to the Brazos Valley in 1986, She is a graduate of Fredericksburg High School in Fredericksburg, Texas. She attended one year at Southwest Texas State University (Texas State University) and then, after moving to Bryan-College Station, received an Associate of Arts Degree from Blinn Junior College.

Kristi worked for the Brazos County Attorney's Office for eleven years and has spent the past four years in the Brazos County District Attorney's Office. In addition, she has been a partner with her husband for nine years in their home building business.

Jerry and Kristi have two children and are active in the Sam Houston Elementary PTO.
